Lalana Fedorschak is a first-year MFA Candidate at Ohio University in Athens, OH. She previously pursued Post-Baccalaureate study in the Ceramics department at Indiana University Southeast. She holds a BFA from Northern Arizona University. Lalana handbuilds sculpture with low and midrange surfaces, as well as incorporating techniques such as moldmaking and slipcasting, lifecasting, foundry, steel fabrication, wood carving and burning, and glass lampworking. Her approach is highly investigative; learning and evolving is a lifelong pursuit.
